文章摘要：目的：更好的發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥在治療老年癡呆病中的作用,并為醫(yī)務(wù)工作者在本病臨床中提供參考。方法：采用信息定量統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以老年癡呆病為檢索詞檢索,以現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用頻次較高的500種常用中藥藥名為檢索詞2次檢索,按功效對(duì)藥物進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì)排序,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果予以研究。結(jié)果：以檢索中頻次多少,在治療老年癡呆病中中藥現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用頻次最高的依次為丹參、當(dāng)歸、人參、遠(yuǎn)志、黃芪、石菖蒲、何首烏、郁金等50味中藥。按中藥學(xué)功效分類,應(yīng)用頻次前六類的分別是補(bǔ)虛藥、活血化瘀藥、清熱藥、平肝熄風(fēng)藥、化痰止咳平喘藥、安神藥。結(jié)論：較客觀地反映了目前治療老年癡呆病的中藥應(yīng)用情況,為今后應(yīng)用中藥治療該病提供參考。

Abstr：Objective：Better play the role of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease,and to provide a reference for the medical workers in the clinical.Method：Using the information quantitative statistical method.The search term retrieval Alzheimer＇s disease,higher frequency of modern applications 500 kinds of drugs commonly used drug called search term 2 retrieval,classification,ordered the efficacy of drugs to be studied,according to the statistical results.Result：IF times how much to retrieve,in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease in traditional Chinese medicine modern applications frequency of the highest order of 50 taste Salvia,angelica,ginseng,Polygala,astragalus,Shichangpu,fleece-flower root,turmeric and other traditional Chinese medicine.Efficacy in Pharmacy classified the the application frequency before the six types of tonics,blood circulation drugs,antipyretic,Pinggan Xifeng drug,Huatan Zhike asthma drugs,sedative drugs.Conclusion：More objectively reflect the current application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease,and to provide a reference for the future application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.
