    前言：針刺鎮(zhèn)痛涉及整個(gè)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)各部的功能,脊髓是初步對針刺鎮(zhèn)痛處理、譯釋的第一站;腦干是針刺鎮(zhèn)痛信息整理、辨析、激發(fā)、綜合、承上啟下的中繼站,對針刺鎮(zhèn)痛起到重要作用;丘腦部分對各種信息的復(fù)雜分析,綜合調(diào)整,有多種神經(jīng)體液參與,是加強(qiáng)針刺鎮(zhèn)痛和控制鎮(zhèn)痛的協(xié)調(diào)中樞;邊緣系統(tǒng)及其核團(tuán)和多種神經(jīng)介質(zhì)參與,對針刺鎮(zhèn)痛起到協(xié)調(diào)作用;大腦皮層是最高中樞,對針刺鎮(zhèn)痛不單是興奮和抑制過程,而且是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的調(diào)整、指揮中樞,既能加強(qiáng)鎮(zhèn)痛,又能抑制其太過,起到保持動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的作用。
