【摘要】：正患者,男,63歲,農民,于2015年3月23日因"反復出現(xiàn)顏面部及雙下肢水腫伴乏力1年余"就診,查心電圖:竇性心動過緩并不齊性竇性停搏伴交界性逸搏,房性早搏伴短暫性房速,心肌復極異常;心臟彩超示:雙房增大(左房內徑5.0 cm,右房內徑5.9 cm,射血分數(shù)56%)。查胸部CT平掃示:心包膜廣泛鈣化,不除外縮窄性心包炎;心影增大。動態(tài)心電圖示:1.竇性心動過緩偶發(fā)多源性室早,部分成
[Abstract]:The positive patient, male, 63 years old, farmer, was treated on March 23, 2015 for "recurrent facial and bilateral lower extremity edema with fatigue for more than 1 year". Electrocardiogram (ECG): sinus bradycardia with uneven sinus arrest with borderline escape, atrial premature beat with transient atrial tachycardia, abnormal myocardial repolarization, cardiac color ultrasound: biatrial enlargement (left atrial diameter 5.0 cm, right atrial diameter 5.9 cm, ejection fraction 56%). Chest CT plain scan showed extensive calcification of pericardium, no external constrictive pericarditis, and enlarged pericardium. Dynamic ECG diagram: 1. Sinus bradycardia occasionally occurs polygenic ventricular premature, some of which are characterized by bradycardia and bradycardia, and some of them are associated with sinus bradycardia.
