【摘要】：目的:探討自擬中藥湯劑聯(lián)合復(fù)方益母草膠囊治療剖宮產(chǎn)后惡露不絕患者臨床療效,并觀察患者治療前、后子宮三徑變化。方法:截選2014年1月—2016年1月326例于醫(yī)院行剖宮產(chǎn)分娩產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行研究,本次研究對象均出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)后惡露不絕(血熱型),其中以復(fù)方益母草膠囊治療者為對照組,5粒/次,2次/d;于對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上采用醫(yī)院自擬中藥湯劑治療者為治療組,兩組各163例。評價(jià)兩組患者治療前、后各項(xiàng)中醫(yī)證候積分變化,記錄兩組產(chǎn)后陰道出血時(shí)間,統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組臨床療效,并通過婦科檢查與盆底B超檢查患者治療前、后子宮三徑情況;記錄治療期間安全性。結(jié)果:治療組治療后中醫(yī)證候總積分為(1.63±0.38)分,明顯低于對照組(4.51±0.52)分,u=57.09,P=0.00;兩組患者治療后各項(xiàng)中醫(yī)證候積分明顯低于治療前,差異顯著具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。治療組陰道出血時(shí)間平均為(9.08±2.38)d,明顯短于對照組(11.29±3.02)d,u=7.33,P=0.00;治療組治療總有效率92.64%,明顯高于對照組81.60%,χ~2=12.25,P=0.00。治療組治療后子宮三徑和為(14.76±0.57)cm,明顯高于對照組(10.33±0.41)cm,u=80.55,P=0.00。兩組患者治療期間未發(fā)生明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:自擬中藥湯劑聯(lián)合復(fù)方益母草膠囊治療剖宮產(chǎn)后惡露不絕療效顯著,且可有利于促進(jìn)患者臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn),加速其產(chǎn)后子宮復(fù)舊,縮短產(chǎn)后惡露干凈時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with compound Yimucao capsule in the treatment of lox after cesarean section, and to observe the changes of uterus before and after treatment. Methods: from January 2014 to January 2016, 326 parturients undergoing cesarean section delivery in hospital were studied. The subjects of this study were postpartum lochia (blood-heat type), in which compound Yimucao capsule was used as the control group, 5 tablets per time, twice a day, and 163 cases in the treatment group were treated with hospital self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction as the treatment group.
