【摘要】：介紹程莘農(nóng)針灸臨床歸經(jīng)辨證診斷的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。根據(jù)病在不同經(jīng)絡(luò),表現(xiàn)為不同經(jīng)脈循行部位的病變以及不同經(jīng)脈所屬臟腑的功能障礙,提出循經(jīng)歸經(jīng)辨證思想,即依據(jù)經(jīng)脈的循行分布及其所聯(lián)系的臟腑,對患者的癥狀和體征進(jìn)行分析、歸納,從而判斷其為某經(jīng)或某經(jīng)所聯(lián)系臟腑的病證,以經(jīng)統(tǒng)穴,再施以適當(dāng)?shù)难a(bǔ)瀉手法。同時內(nèi)外相應(yīng),上下合參,輔以臟腑辨證等方法,正確地歸經(jīng)診斷和處方選穴。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the experience of clinical syndrome differentiation and diagnosis of acupuncture and moxibustion in Cheng Xinnong. According to the pathological changes of the disease in different meridians and collaterals and the dysfunction of the Zang-fu organs to which different meridians belong, this paper puts forward the idea of syndrome differentiation according to the meridians and meridians, that is, according to the distribution of meridians and their related Zang-fu organs, the symptoms and signs of the patients are analyzed and summarized, so as to judge them as the disease syndrome of a certain meridian or the Zang-fu organs associated with a meridian. At the same time, internal and external corresponding, upper and lower ginseng, supplemented by Zang-fu syndrome differentiation and other methods, correct meridian diagnosis and prescription acupoint selection.
