香延止痛方對寒凝血瘀證原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)大鼠的治療效果及其作用機(jī)制
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Xiangyan Zhitong recipe on primary dysmenorrhea rats with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, western medicine group and low traditional Chinese medicine group. The model of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome was established in the high dose group. On the 7th day, the blank group and the model group were given distilled water 2 mL/ only intragastrically, and the western medicine group was given ibuprofen 0.002 g per day for 2 mL/. The low dose group of traditional Chinese medicine was given 2 mL/ decoction of Xiangyan Zhitong recipe (containing 2.38 g), of traditional Chinese medicine). The high dose group of traditional Chinese medicine was given 2 mL/ decoction of Xiangyan Zhitong recipe (including 11.9 g). Of crude drug). Each group was given intragastrically for 6 days. Except the blank group, oxytocin was injected intraperitoneally for the last time for 30 min,. The latent time of writhing and the number of writhing reaction in 30 min were observed. The levels of INF- 緯 and IL-4 in the culture medium of each group were detected by ELISA, and the expression of INF- 緯 and IL-4 mRNA in the culture medium of uterine tissue was detected by RT-PCR. Results the number of writhing within 30 min in the high dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P 0.05), and the latent time of writhing was prolonged (all P 0.05). Compared with the blank group, the level of IFN- 緯, the level of IL-4, the ratio of IFN- to IL-4, the expression of TNF- 偽 mRNA and the expression of IL-4 mRNA in the uterine tissue of the model group were decreased, and the contents of IFN- 緯, IL-4, IFN- 緯 / IL-4, TNF- 偽 mRNA and IL-4 mRNA in the model group were lower than those in the model group (P < 0.05), while those in the high dose group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P < 0.05), and the expression of TNF- 偽 mRNA and IL-4 mRNA in the model group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the high dose group and the low dose group (P 0.05). Conclusion there is Th1/Th2 equilibrium drift in rats with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type. Xiangyan Zhitong recipe may relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms by regulating the balance of Th1/Th2.
