【摘要】：目的：客觀評(píng)價(jià)健脾和胃方治療脾胃氣虛型慢喉痹的治療效果,進(jìn)一步明確健脾和胃方治療脾胃氣虛型慢喉痹機(jī)理,探究中醫(yī)治療慢喉痹的理論依據(jù)和中醫(yī)臨床治療該病的方法,為中醫(yī)臨床治療脾胃氣虛型慢性咽炎提供理論依據(jù),為研發(fā)其他有效的新方劑提供思路,為研發(fā)慢性咽炎成藥奠定基礎(chǔ)。研究方法：選擇在2015年3月至2016年3月期間符合條件的慢性咽炎患者60例(江蘇省中醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門(mén)診),分成兩組,分別為治療組健脾和胃方組30例,對(duì)照組口服四君子顆粒組30例,一個(gè)療程為7天。治療時(shí)間：連續(xù)治療21天。記錄臨床癥狀、體征、時(shí)間：治療前,治療后7天、14天及21天。觀察中醫(yī)脾胃氣虛癥候的癥狀及用藥后的情況,觀察是否不良反應(yīng)并記錄。結(jié)論：經(jīng)研究分析,兩組方案均能有效地治療慢性咽炎。治療組總有效率為：100.00%,其中4例患者完全治愈,23例患者有明顯療效,2例患者有一定成效,無(wú)無(wú)效病例。對(duì)照組總有效率為：83.33%,其中有1例患者完全治愈,2例患者有明顯療效,20例患者有一定成效,并且有5例患者沒(méi)有效果。都沒(méi)有不良反應(yīng)在研究觀察中出現(xiàn)。意義：通過(guò)研究,證實(shí)了健脾和胃方在治療脾胃氣虛型慢喉痹方面有十分顯著的療效,并且對(duì)患者的各個(gè)臨床表現(xiàn)和體征都有明顯的改善,并且證明了健脾和胃方治療脾胃氣虛型慢喉痹是可靠的、安全的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Hewei recipe on chronic throat arthralgia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type, to further clarify the mechanism of Jianpi Hewei recipe in treating chronic throat arthralgia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type, to explore the theoretical basis of TCM treatment of chronic throat arthralgia caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency type and the clinical treatment method of TCM, to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of chronic pharyngitis of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type, to provide ideas for the development of other effective new prescriptions, and to lay a foundation for the development of proprietary medicine for chronic pharyngitis. Methods: from March 2015 to March 2016, 60 patients with chronic pharyngitis (outpatient Department of otolaryngology, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine) were divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Treatment time: 21 days in a row. Clinical symptoms, signs and time were recorded before treatment, 7 days, 14 days and 21 days after treatment. The symptoms of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome and the situation after treatment were observed, and the adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Conclusion: both groups can effectively treat chronic pharyngitis. In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 100.00%. Among them, 4 cases were completely cured, 23 cases were obviously effective, 2 cases were effective, and no ineffective cases were found. The total effective rate of the control group was 83. 33%. Among them, 1 patient was completely cured, 2 patients had obvious curative effect, 20 patients had certain effect, and 5 patients had no effect. No adverse reactions occurred in the study. Significance: through the study, it is confirmed that Jianpi Hewei recipe has a very significant curative effect on chronic laryngeal arthralgia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type, and has obvious improvement on all clinical manifestations and signs of patients, and proves that Jianpi he Wei recipe is reliable and safe in the treatment of chronic laryngeal arthralgia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type.
