【摘要】：目的觀察消腫止痛散外敷治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的近期臨床療效。方法將60例門(mén)診患者隨機(jī)分為治療組30例(消腫止痛散外敷)和對(duì)照組30例(玻璃酸鈉注射聯(lián)合扶他林乳膠劑外涂),觀察兩組近期臨床治療效果,并對(duì)總有效率進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果治療組臨床控制4例,顯效16例,有效8例,無(wú)效2例,總有效率93.33%。對(duì)照組臨床控制1例,顯效9例,有效11例,無(wú)效9例,總有效率73.67%。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析示治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論消腫止痛散外敷治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎能有效提高患者近期生活質(zhì)量,副作用少,操作簡(jiǎn)便,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the short-term clinical effect of external application of Xiaozhongzhitong Powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty outpatients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The short-term clinical effects of the two groups were observed and the total effective rate was statistically analyzed. Results in the treatment group, 4 cases were clinically controlled, 16 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33%. In the control group, 1 case was clinically controlled, 9 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.67%. Statistical analysis showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion external application of Xiaozhongzhitong Powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the short-term quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis, with less side effects and simple operation, which is worthy of clinical application.
