【摘要】：近年來,由于生活節(jié)奏的加快、生活壓力的增大,失眠的發(fā)病率越來越高,也越來越困擾著患者的正常生活。從肝立論,舉例論述治療失眠的驗(yàn)案,分別從肝血虛、肝氣虛、邪犯厥陰著手,采用酸棗仁湯加減、大補(bǔ)肝湯加減、烏梅丸加減辨證論治失眠。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the acceleration of the pace of life and the increase of life pressure, the incidence of insomnia is getting higher and higher, and it is also more and more perplexing the normal life of patients. From the point of view of liver, this paper discusses the experimental cases of treating insomnia with examples, starting with deficiency of liver blood, deficiency of liver qi and evil crime of Jueyin, using sour Zaoren decoction to add and subtract, Dabugan decoction to add and subtract, and Wumei Pill to add and subtract syndrome differentiation to treat insomnia.
