【摘要】：目的:基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺,分析名中醫(yī)丁元慶教授治療不寐陰虛血瘀證的臨床特點和用藥經(jīng)驗,從而豐富和優(yōu)化基于名醫(yī)經(jīng)驗的不寐陰虛血瘀證的診療方案,為不寐陰虛血瘀證的中醫(yī)藥診療思路提供參考。方法:采用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則apriori算法、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類等無監(jiān)督數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,分析丁元慶教授治療不寐陰虛血瘀證的病案及處方,確定處方中各種藥物的使用頻次及藥物之間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,探析丁元慶教授治療不寐陰虛血瘀證的用藥規(guī)律。結(jié)果:通過對708例病案進行分析,顯示不寐陰虛血瘀證的關(guān)鍵辨證癥狀為絕經(jīng)、口干、口苦、大便干、大便不暢、多汗、大便溏泄、堅硬腫塊、耳聾耳鳴、體重減輕、暗紅舌、紅絳舌、齒痕舌、裂紋舌、瘀斑舌、黃苔、薄苔、燥苔、少苔、弦脈、細脈等。對708首處方進行分析,得到丁元慶教授治療不寐陰虛血瘀證的常用藥物為麥冬、酸棗仁、丹參、百合、天麻、珍珠母、竹葉、牛膝、北沙參、玉竹、夏枯草、郁金、天冬、川貝母、當歸、茯苓,并通過復(fù)雜熵聚類方法挖掘出20個潛在藥物組合和10組候選新藥隊。結(jié)論:丁元慶教授治療不寐陰虛血瘀證強調(diào)養(yǎng)陰在先,化瘀涼血繼之,兼顧清心、寧心、安神。養(yǎng)陰首重養(yǎng)心陰,安心神,滋補心陰與清心安神兼顧。治療心陰虛用藥主以甘寒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical characteristics and drug use experience of Professor Ding Yuanqing in the treatment of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on the inheritance auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to enrich and optimize the diagnosis and treatment scheme of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on the experience of famous doctors, and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: unsupervised data mining methods such as association rule apriori algorithm and complex system entropy clustering were used to analyze the medical records and prescriptions of Professor Ding Yuanqing in the treatment of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, to determine the frequency of use of various drugs in the prescription and the association rules among drugs, and to explore the drug use law of Professor Ding Yuanqing in the treatment of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Results: through the analysis of 708 cases, the key syndrome differentiation symptoms of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were menopausal, dry mouth, bitter mouth, dry stool, unsmooth stool, loose stool, hard mass, deafness tinnitus, weight loss, dark red tongue, red crimson tongue, tooth mark tongue, split tongue, ecchymosis tongue, yellow moss, thin moss, dry moss, less moss, string vein, veinlets and so on. According to the analysis of 708 prescriptions, the common drugs used by Professor Ding Yuanqing in the treatment of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were as follows: Ophiopogon, jujube kernel, salvia miltiorrhiza, lily, Gastrodia elata, pearl mother, bamboo leaves, Achyranthes bidentata, Phyllostachys pubescens, Yujin, Tiandong, Fritillaria thunbergii, Angelica sinensis and Poria umbellus, and 20 potential drug combinations and 10 groups of candidate new drug teams were excavated by complex entropy clustering method. Conclusion: professor Ding Yuanqing in the treatment of insomnia yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome emphasizes that nourishing yin first, removing blood stasis and cooling blood, giving consideration to clearing the heart, calming the heart and calming the mind. Nourish yin first nourish heart yin, reassure god, nourish heart yin and clear heart tranquilize mind. The main medicine for treating deficiency of heart yin is sweet cold.
