【摘要】：目的:觀察探究左歸丸對腎精不足型高血壓病的藥理作用,臨床療效和作用機制,評價其臨床運用的安全性。為臨床治療高血壓提供有價值的新的治療方法。方法:按照納入和排除標準,選山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院綜合內(nèi)科住院病例共60例,隨機分為試驗組和對照組各30例。兩組患者治療前一般情況用spss軟件統(tǒng)計,無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。對照組用西藥氯沙坦治療,試驗組在用氯沙坦基礎(chǔ)上加中藥湯劑左歸丸,一日一劑,分兩次溫服。4周后進行臨床療效評定。并于治療前、后行一般項目檢查:脈搏、呼吸、心率、肝功、腎功、心電圖等檢查,觀察兩組患者治療前后的診室血壓,動態(tài)血壓、肝功、腎功、癥狀嚴重程度、中醫(yī)癥狀總積分、中醫(yī)總療效、單項癥狀療效判定等,從而評價左歸丸的療效及安全性。結(jié)果:經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),左歸丸可以明顯降低患者血壓水平,對比兩組臨床療效,治療組對照組無顯著降壓差異;中醫(yī)癥狀上,試驗組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);中醫(yī)單項癥狀方面,試驗組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);中醫(yī)癥狀總積分方面,試驗組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);總療效方面,試驗組明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。膽固醇等血脂比較,實驗組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。在肝腎功能安全性指標方面治療前后無明顯變化(P0.05),提示左歸丸應(yīng)用安全。結(jié)論:左歸丸具降壓效果良好,并能緩解患者的臨床癥狀,臨床作用較安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the pharmacological effect, clinical efficacy and mechanism of Zuogui Pill on hypertension of kidney essence deficiency type, and to evaluate the safety of its clinical application. It provides a valuable new treatment for clinical treatment of hypertension. Methods: according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, 60 inpatients in the Department of General Medicine, the first affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Before treatment, the general situation of the two groups was counted by spss software, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine losartan, and the experimental group was treated with Zuogui pills, one dose a day, on the basis of losartan. The clinical efficacy was evaluated 4 weeks later. Before and after treatment, general items were examined: pulse, respiration, heart rate, liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram and so on. The clinical blood pressure, ambulatory blood pressure, liver function, kidney function, symptom severity, total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, total curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, single symptom curative effect and so on were observed before and after treatment, so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zuogui pills. Results: it was found that Zuogui Pill could significantly reduce the blood pressure level of the patients. Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the treatment group had no significant difference in reducing blood pressure; in the TCM symptoms, the experimental group was superior to the control group (P 0.05); in the single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine, the experimental group was superior to the control group (P 0.05); in the total score of TCM symptoms, the experimental group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). In terms of total curative effect, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P 0.05). Compared with cholesterol and other blood lipids, the experimental group was better than the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant change in the safety index of liver and kidney function before and after treatment (P 0.05), suggesting that Zuogui pills is safe to use. Conclusion: Zuogui Pill has good antihypertensive effect and can relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and the clinical effect is safe.
