【摘要】：目的:通過系統(tǒng)的臨床觀察,探討小針刀聯(lián)合膝關(guān)節(jié)外展支具治療內(nèi)側(cè)間室膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的可行性及臨床療效,為臨床上治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎提供一種有效的治療方案。方法:將湖南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院骨傷科門診中診斷為內(nèi)側(cè)間室膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的患者60例,采用隨機(jī)對(duì)照的方法將所有患者分為治療組和對(duì)照組兩組,治療組采用小針刀聯(lián)合膝關(guān)節(jié)外展支具治療;對(duì)照組采用小針刀聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉治療,兩組的治療時(shí)間均為五周。觀察兩組患者治療前、后的VAS疼痛評(píng)分、Lequesne指數(shù)評(píng)分的變化。結(jié)果:1.組內(nèi)比較:經(jīng)過五周治療后,兩組患者的VAS疼痛評(píng)分、Lequesne指數(shù)評(píng)分較治療前均有降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。2.組間比較:經(jīng)過五周治療后,治療組VAS疼痛評(píng)分、Lequesne指數(shù)評(píng)分改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。結(jié)論:小針刀聯(lián)合膝關(guān)節(jié)外展支具治療內(nèi)側(cè)間室膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎可明顯改善膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛癥狀及膝關(guān)節(jié)功能,且療效優(yōu)于小針刀聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the feasibility and clinical effect of small needle knife combined with knee extension brace in the treatment of medial interventricular knee osteoarthritis, and to provide an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods: sixty patients with medial interventricular knee osteoarthritis were diagnosed in the outpatient Department of Orthopaedics, the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with small needle knife combined with abduction brace of knee joint. The control group was treated with small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate for five weeks. The changes of VAS pain score and Lequesne index score before and after treatment were observed. Result: 1. Intra-group comparison: after five weeks of treatment, the VAS pain score and Lequesne index score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (p0.05). Comparison between groups: after five weeks of treatment, the improvement of VAS pain score and Lequesne index score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p0.05). Conclusion: small needle knife combined with knee abduction brace can obviously improve knee joint pain symptoms and knee joint function in the treatment of medial interventricular knee osteoarthritis, and the curative effect is better than that of small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate.
