【摘要】：耳聾耳鳴是常見病、多發(fā)病之一,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生活壓力的加大,本病的發(fā)病率逐年增高,并且人們對耳鳴耳聾的認(rèn)識和重視度不足[1]。本病嚴(yán)重影響著人們的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、工作,但在治療上存在著多種困難,祖國醫(yī)學(xué)在辨證論治的基礎(chǔ)上對耳鳴耳聾的治療顯示出很大的優(yōu)勢。本文總結(jié)了張明波教授在臨床上治療耳鳴耳聾的思想及治療方法。張明波教授從事針灸臨床多年,積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在前人思想的影響下,集各家之所長,糅合自身臨床治療體會,提出了“調(diào)肝腎,寧心神,通清竅”的思想,特別觀注耳鳴耳聾給患者帶來的心理問題,重視心神的調(diào)節(jié)。張教授認(rèn)為耳鳴耳聾與腎肝心三臟及腎肝心三臟之間的關(guān)系密切,三臟調(diào)和,耳受充養(yǎng)則清凈聰利;三臟失調(diào),耳失濡潤則鳴響失聽。從腎肝心三臟入手調(diào)整其三者之間的關(guān)系,使之調(diào)和順暢,從而達(dá)到耳靜伶俐,聞聲清楚。在治療上于內(nèi)利用口服中藥湯劑治療耳鳴耳聾,常用中藥藥對來組方調(diào)劑;于外采用針灸療法治療耳鳴耳聾,擅用特色微針,頭體眼耳針合用治療耳鳴耳聾,有良好的效果。針?biāo)幉⒂?二者相互配合,使療效疊加達(dá)到治療耳鳴耳聾的效果,在臨床上運(yùn)用“調(diào)肝腎,寧心神,通清竅”的思想作指導(dǎo),采用針?biāo)幉⒂玫姆椒ㄊ┲?使耳鳴耳聾患者受益頗豐。
[Abstract]:Deafness tinnitus is a common disease, one of the most common diseases. With the development of social economy and the increase of life pressure, the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year, and people do not pay enough attention to tinnitus deafness [1]. This disease seriously affects people's life, study and work, but there are many difficulties in treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine shows great advantages in the treatment of tinnitus deafness on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment. This paper summarizes Professor Zhang Mingbo's thought and treatment of tinnitus deafness in clinic. Professor Zhang Mingbo has been engaged in acupuncture and moxibustion clinic for many years and has accumulated rich experience. under the influence of previous thoughts, he combined his own clinical treatment experience with his own clinical treatment experience, and put forward the idea of "regulating the liver and kidney, calming the heart and spirit, and dredging the clear orifice". In particular, pay attention to the psychological problems caused by tinnitus deafness and attach importance to the adjustment of mind and spirit. Professor Zhang believes that tinnitus deafness is closely related to the three organs of kidney, liver and heart, the harmony of the three organs, and the cleanliness and intelligence of ear filling and nourishment. Adjust the relationship between the three organs from the kidney, liver and heart, so that it can be harmonious and smooth, so that the ear is quiet and the sound is clear. In the treatment of tinnitus deafness, oral traditional Chinese medicine decoction was used to treat tinnitus deafness, and acupuncture therapy was used to treat tinnitus deafness, which was good at treating tinnitus deafness, good use of characteristic micro-needle and scalp, body and eye ear acupuncture combined in the treatment of tinnitus deafness. Acupuncture and medicine combined with each other to make the curative effect superimposed to achieve the effect of treating tinnitus deafness. In clinic, the thought of "regulating liver and kidney, calming the heart and spirit, Tongqingqiao" was used as guidance, and the method of acupuncture and medicine was used to treat the deafness of tinnitus and deafness. It benefits patients with tinnitus and deafness.
