【摘要】：頸椎病引起的眩暈是屬于常見多發(fā)病,隨著對(duì)頸椎病認(rèn)識(shí)的深入,臨床治療中更加強(qiáng)調(diào)中藥治療,《傷寒論》是方書之祖,藥簡力專,配伍精當(dāng),強(qiáng)調(diào)有是證、用是方。但應(yīng)用經(jīng)方治療的根本是辨證論治,只有在準(zhǔn)確辨證的基礎(chǔ)上用方,其療效才能達(dá)到預(yù)期療效。筆者通過臨床實(shí)踐發(fā)現(xiàn),頸椎病引起眩暈大致可分為半表半里證、水飲內(nèi)停證、里虛證,選用代表方劑為小柴胡湯、苓桂術(shù)甘湯、真武湯、小建中湯、黃芪建中湯、吳茱萸湯等,合理應(yīng)用經(jīng)方,治療頸椎病引起的眩暈效果好,見效快,臨床值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Vertigo caused by cervical spondylosis is a common frequently-occurring disease. With the deepening of the understanding of cervical spondylosis, more emphasis is placed on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical treatment. "Treatise on febrile Diseases" is the ancestor of the prescription, the medicine is simple and powerful, the compatibility is precise, the emphasis is that there is a syndrome, and the use is the prescription. However, the treatment of Jingfang is based on syndrome differentiation, and only by using prescription on the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation can its curative effect achieve the expected curative effect. Through clinical practice, the author found that vertigo caused by cervical spondylosis can be roughly divided into half surface and half li syndrome, water drink internal stop syndrome, Li deficiency syndrome, select representative prescription as Xiaochaihu decoction, Lingguizhugan decoction, Zhenwu decoction, Xiaojianzhong decoction, Huangqi Jianzhong decoction. Wuzhuyu decoction, reasonable application of Jingfang, the treatment of vertigo caused by cervical spondylosis has a good effect, quick effect, clinical application is worth popularizing and applying.
