【摘要】：目的：探討中藥復(fù)方清心安神方聯(lián)合TSC聲治療技術(shù)對(duì)心火上炎型原發(fā)性耳鳴的臨床療效。明確中藥復(fù)方與聲治療技術(shù)聯(lián)合治療心火上炎型耳鳴的理論基礎(chǔ),為耳鳴治療提供新思路、新方法。方法：選擇2015年7月-2016年3月在江蘇省中醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門診就診的原發(fā)性耳鳴患者共計(jì)39例。根據(jù)臨床試驗(yàn)方案要求,將這39例患者分為三組。中藥組采用中藥清心安神方,聲治療組采用TSC聲治療技術(shù),中藥+聲治療組采用清心安神方聯(lián)合TSC聲治療技術(shù),每組各13例患者。所有患者均于治療前以及治療14天后,兩個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)分別進(jìn)行純音聽(tīng)閾測(cè)定、聲導(dǎo)抗檢查、耳鳴音調(diào)及響度匹配、AMA-PTA檢查、耳鳴致殘量表(THI)、耳鳴嚴(yán)重程度量表填寫(xiě),對(duì)治療前后的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較,從而對(duì)三種治療方案的療效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果：中藥組13例,顯效2例,有效9例,無(wú)效2例,有效率84.62%；聲治療組13例,顯效1例,有效10例,無(wú)效2例,有效率84.62%；中藥+聲治療組13例,顯效10例,有效3例,無(wú)效0例,有效率100%。結(jié)論：通過(guò)對(duì)比中藥復(fù)方、TSC聲治療技術(shù)以及中藥聯(lián)合TSC聲治療技術(shù)三種治療模式發(fā)現(xiàn),三者對(duì)耳鳴的治療都有一定的療效,但以中藥聯(lián)合TSC聲治療技術(shù)療效最佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Qingxin Anshen recipe combined with TSC acoustic therapy on primary tinnitus with inflammation of heart fire. To clarify the theoretical basis of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acoustic therapy in the treatment of inflammatory tinnitus on cardiac fire, and to provide a new idea and method for the treatment of tinnitus. Methods: a total of 39 patients with primary tinnitus were selected from July 2015 to March 2016 in the Department of Otolaryngology, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the requirements of clinical trial scheme, the 39 patients were divided into three groups. The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Qingxin Anshen recipe, the acoustic treatment group was treated with TSC sound therapy, and the traditional Chinese medicine acoustic treatment group was treated with Qingxin Anshen recipe combined with TSC acoustic therapy, with 13 patients in each group. All patients were examined by pure tone hearing threshold, acoustic immittance test, tinnitus tone and loudness matching, AMA-PTA examination and tinnitus disability scale (THI), tinnitus severity scale at two time points before treatment and 14 days after treatment. The indexes before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the curative effect of the three treatment schemes. Results: in the traditional Chinese medicine group, 13 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 9 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 84.62%, 13 cases in acoustic treatment group were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 84.62%. In the acoustic treatment group, there were 13 cases, 10 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: by comparing the three treatment modes of traditional Chinese medicine compound, TSC acoustic therapy and traditional Chinese medicine combined with TSC acoustic therapy, it is found that the three methods have certain curative effect on tinnitus, but the traditional Chinese medicine combined with TSC acoustic therapy is the best.
