【摘要】：目的:觀察中醫(yī)中藥灌腸方法治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥(濕熱瘀結(jié)證)的臨床療效,闡述本病的病因病機(jī)以及發(fā)病機(jī)理,為中醫(yī)外治法治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。方法:本研究在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)選取72例PID患者,皆來自長(zhǎng)春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)婦科門診,隨機(jī)將此72人分為2組,治療組與對(duì)照組各36例,治療組使用自擬盆腔炎湯中藥灌腸外用:對(duì)照組使用盆腔炎栓外用。一個(gè)療程為七天,連續(xù)服用三個(gè)療程停藥。通過對(duì)兩組臨床療效的評(píng)析,來證明此方法的有效性。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過科學(xué)的、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)慕y(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)計(jì)算,使用中藥灌腸的治療組總有效率是94.4%,使用盆腔炎栓的對(duì)照組總有效率是88.9%;兩組治愈率比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;治療組在臨床癥狀的緩解,尤其是由慢性炎癥引起的盆腔粘連,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:運(yùn)用自擬盆腔炎湯治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥療效安全、可靠,無毒副作用以及明顯的不良反應(yīng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,治療組治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥效果要明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases (syndrome of dampness-heat and blood stasis), and to explain the etiology, pathogenesis and pathogenesis of the disease. It provides a scientific basis for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 72 patients with PID were selected within the prescribed time, all of them were from gynecological clinic of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The treatment group was used for external use of traditional Chinese medicine enema with self-made pelvic inflammatory decoction: the control group was used for external use of pelvic inflammatory thrombus. A course of treatment for seven days, take three consecutive courses of withdrawal. The effectiveness of this method was proved by the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: after scientific and rigorous statistical calculation, the total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 88.9% in the control group. The cure rate of the two groups was significantly different (P 0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the relief of clinical symptoms, especially the pelvic adhesion caused by chronic inflammation. Conclusion: the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases with self-made pelvic inflammatory decoction is safe, reliable, no toxic and side effects and obvious adverse reactions. The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.
