【摘要】：《傷寒雜病論》中較為翔實(shí)的記載了服用方藥后出現(xiàn)某種反應(yīng)為"愈",此即中病反應(yīng)。文章通過整理"小便利愈"的相關(guān)經(jīng)方,分析其服藥后反應(yīng)與所治病證的關(guān)系,探索"小便利愈"的機(jī)制與診療指導(dǎo)意義。主要有以下幾點(diǎn):(1)提示氣機(jī)通暢、氣化如常;(2)提示病邪排出;(3)用于鑒別診斷;(4)指導(dǎo)疾病的進(jìn)一步治療。
[Abstract]:In the theory of typhoid fever and miscellaneous diseases, it is recorded that there is a certain reaction after taking the prescription as "healing", which is the middle disease reaction. By sorting out the relevant prescriptions of "small convenience healing", this paper analyzes the relationship between the reaction after taking medicine and the treatment syndrome, and explores the mechanism of "small convenience healing" and the guiding significance of diagnosis and treatment. The main points are as follows: (1) it is suggested that the machine is unobstructed and vaporized as usual; (2) it is suggested that the disease will be excreted; (3) it is used for differential diagnosis; and (4) it is used to guide the further treatment of the disease.
