【摘要】：包含著科學(xué)精神和樸素辯證法思想的先秦道家文化對(duì)中國(guó)古代醫(yī)學(xué)的形成和發(fā)展有著深刻的影響,具體體現(xiàn)在對(duì)生命的認(rèn)識(shí)方面,承認(rèn)生命起源的物質(zhì)性"氣";在理論構(gòu)建和詮釋方面,以陰陽(yáng)揭示萬(wàn)物運(yùn)動(dòng)、變化、循環(huán)、轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律,使其最終成為中醫(yī)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論的核心概念之一;在治則的思辨方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)未病先防,重視精神修養(yǎng),提倡形神并重;在人文關(guān)懷方面,注重人本精神,提倡重生齊物。這些思想對(duì)于現(xiàn)代實(shí)現(xiàn)"天人合一"的理想健康境界、保持"恬淡虛無(wú)"的心理精神狀態(tài)都有著重要啟示。
[Abstract]:The Taoist culture of pre-Qin Dynasty, which contains the scientific spirit and simple dialectics, has a profound influence on the formation and development of ancient Chinese medicine, which is embodied in the understanding of life and recognizes the material "Qi" of the origin of life. In the aspect of theoretical construction and interpretation, yin and yang are used to reveal the movement, change, circulation and transformation of all things, so that it will eventually become one of the core concepts of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. In the aspect of thinking about the principle of treatment, emphasis is placed on preventing without illness, attaching importance to spiritual accomplishment and advocating equal attention to form and spirit; in the aspect of humanistic care, we should pay attention to the humanistic spirit and advocate the rebirth and unity of things. These thoughts have important enlightenment for realizing the ideal healthy realm of "harmony between man and nature" and maintaining the psychological and spiritual state of "tranquility and nothingness" in modern times.
