【摘要】：基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(V2.5),分析李應(yīng)東教授治療眩暈病的組方用藥規(guī)律,為進(jìn)一步挖掘中醫(yī)藥治療眩暈病及新方用藥研發(fā)提供參考。應(yīng)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺,構(gòu)建中醫(yī)藥治療眩暈病的方劑數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用軟件集成的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,對方劑數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行四氣、五味、歸經(jīng)分布及頻次統(tǒng)計、組方規(guī)律、新方分析。通過對治療眩暈病的137首方劑分析,確定了處方中藥物出現(xiàn)的頻次、常用藥對及組合,演化得到新處方4首。研究李應(yīng)東教授治療眩暈的方劑,在健脾化濕、活血理氣以治"后天之本"的基礎(chǔ)上兼以安神、清熱、解表、開竅的藥,其立法、組方的中心思想歸納為攻補(bǔ)兼施立足扶正以健脾化濕主,兼活血理氣,化痰通竅,貫穿始終;用藥甘淡平和,顧護(hù)脾胃;肺脾腎三臟相通,緊密聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the inheritance auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine (v2.5), this paper analyzes the prescription law of Professor Li Yingdong in the treatment of vertigo, and provides a reference for further excavating the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertigo and new prescription. The prescription database of traditional Chinese medicine for vertigo treatment was constructed by using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance. The data mining method of software integration was used to analyze the prescription database of four qi, five flavors, meridians distribution and frequency statistics, prescription law and new prescription analysis. Based on the analysis of 137 prescriptions for the treatment of vertigo, the frequency of drugs in the prescription, the pairs and combinations of common drugs were determined, and four new prescriptions were obtained. To study the prescription of Professor Li Yingdong in the treatment of vertigo, on the basis of invigorating the spleen and removing dampness, activating blood circulation and regulating qi to treat the "acquired foundation", and on the basis of calming the mind, clearing away heat, relieving the surface and opening the orifice, and its legislation, The central idea of the group is to attack and supplement based on Fuzheng in order to invigorate the spleen and dissipate dampness, promote blood circulation and regulate qi, dissipate phlegm and clear orifice, and run through all the time. The medicine is mild and peaceful, taking care of the spleen and stomach; the lung, spleen and kidney are connected with each other and are closely related to each other.
