【摘要】：目的觀察葉氏糖腎方加臍療治療脾腎氣虛、濕濁瘀阻型臨床期糖尿病腎病患者的臨床效果。方法 150例患者被隨機(jī)分為西藥組、中西藥組和綜合組,分別使用西藥、中西藥和中西藥加臍療,進(jìn)行為期6個(gè)月的臨床治療觀察,每組50例。結(jié)果中西藥組和綜合組臨床有效率明顯高于西藥組(分別為84%、88%和60%),24h尿蛋白定量和血肌酐水平明顯低于西藥組,e GFR明顯高于西藥組,綜合組中醫(yī)證候總積分明顯低于西藥組和中西藥組,均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。三組研究過程中未發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論葉氏糖腎方對(duì)脾腎氣虛、濕濁瘀阻型臨床期糖尿病腎病患者可緩解臨床癥狀,減少24h尿蛋白,延緩腎功能衰竭,尤其是臍療能明顯減少中醫(yī)證候積分,經(jīng)濟(jì)有效、簡便易行,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Ye's Tangshen recipe combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of clinical diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and dampness and turbid blood stasis. Methods 150 patients were randomly divided into western medicine group, Chinese and western medicine group and comprehensive group. 50 patients in each group were treated with western medicine, Chinese and western medicine plus umbilical therapy for 6 months. Results the clinical effective rate of the Chinese and western medicine group and the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group (84%, 88% and 60%, respectively). The 24 h urinary protein quantity and serum creatinine level in the western medicine group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group, which were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group. The total score of TCM syndromes in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). No serious adverse reactions were found in the three groups. Conclusion Ye's Tangshen recipe can relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce 24 h urinary protein and delay renal failure, especially umbilical therapy can obviously reduce the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which can relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce 24 h urine protein and delay renal failure in clinical diabetic nephropathy patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness turbid blood stasis. It is simple and easy to use, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
