肺消源流考略

【摘要】：肺消古病名,首見于《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》)。《素問·氣厥論》中明確指出其病機(jī)為"心移寒于肺",但仍有諸多醫(yī)家認(rèn)為其病機(jī)為熱,故將其歸于上消膈消。為探討其中原因,經(jīng)系統(tǒng)梳理清代及以前的文獻(xiàn),關(guān)于肺消的認(rèn)識(shí)可歸納為5個(gè)階段:第一階段《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中提出肺消因寒而致,第二階段隋唐時(shí)期肺消寒郁而熱的理論產(chǎn)生,第三階段宋金元時(shí)期提出肺消補(bǔ)肺金平心火的治療原則與方劑及肺消從火論斷的觀點(diǎn),第四階段明清時(shí)期虛寒所致肺消的理論形成。分析上述4個(gè)階段的認(rèn)識(shí)特點(diǎn),我們有理由認(rèn)為肺消之病因病機(jī)主要為虛寒,與上消、膈消有本質(zhì)的不同;就肺消"飲一溲二"及"死不治"的特點(diǎn)來看,其與現(xiàn)代所謂"下消"的末期(陰損及陽)相近。
[Abstract]:The name of lung elimination is first found in Huangdi Neijing (hereinafter referred to as Internal Classic). It is clearly pointed out in Suwen Qi Jue that its pathogenesis is "heart shift cold to lung", but many doctors still think that its pathogenesis is heat, so it is attributed to Shangxiaozhexiao. In order to explore the causes, after systematically combing the literature of Qing Dynasty and before, the understanding of lung elimination can be summarized into five stages: in the first stage, the theory of lung elimination caused by cold and heat was put forward in the first stage, and the theory of lung depression and heat in the second stage of Sui and Tang dynasties was put forward. In the third stage, Song Jin and Yuan dynasties put forward the treatment principle and prescription of lung eliminating lung Jinping heart fire and the viewpoint of lung elimination from fire, and the theory formation of lung elimination caused by deficiency cold in the fourth stage of Ming and Qing dynasties. By analyzing the cognitive characteristics of the above four stages, we have reason to think that the etiology and pathogenesis of lung elimination should be due to deficiency cold, which is essentially different from that of upper elimination and diaphragm elimination. From the point of view of the characteristics of "drinking" and "dying", it is similar to the late stage (negative damage and yang) of the so-called "Xixiao" in modern times.
