【摘要】：目的:采用自擬的養(yǎng)血祛痛方加減治療產(chǎn)后身痛,通過(guò)臨床觀察治療前后產(chǎn)后身痛癥狀改善情況及不良反應(yīng),客觀評(píng)價(jià)其療效和安全性。方法:將70例產(chǎn)后身痛病例隨機(jī)分成治療組(35例,服用自擬養(yǎng)血祛痛方)和對(duì)照組(35例,服用正清風(fēng)痛寧緩釋片),以10天為一療程,連續(xù)治療三個(gè)療程,觀察治療前后癥狀的改善情況,并以此來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)療效。結(jié)果:1.實(shí)驗(yàn)組綜合療效總有效率為97.1%,對(duì)照組總有效率為80%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。2.實(shí)驗(yàn)組主癥總有效率為97.1%,對(duì)照組主癥總有效率為85.7%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:自擬養(yǎng)血祛痛方治療產(chǎn)后身痛療效確切,無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng),且治療方法簡(jiǎn)單,易于被患者接受。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the curative effect and safety of self-made Yangxue Qutong recipe in the treatment of postpartum body pain by observing the improvement of postpartum body pain symptoms and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Methods: 70 cases of postpartum body pain were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases, taking self-made Yangxue Qutong recipe) and control group (35 cases, taking Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained-release tablets). The improvement of symptoms before and after treatment was observed and the curative effect was evaluated. Result: 1. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.1%, and that of the control group was 80%. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate of the main symptoms in the experimental group was 97.1%, and that in the control group was 85.7%. The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the self-made Yangxue Qutong recipe is effective in the treatment of postpartum body pain without obvious adverse reactions, and the treatment method is simple and easy to be accepted by patients.
