【摘要】：通過整理中外文獻(xiàn)中有關(guān)腸道微生態(tài)的研究,筆者概括出影響腸道微生態(tài)平衡群體個性化特征的因素(分娩方式、喂養(yǎng)方式、年齡、地域、運(yùn)動習(xí)慣)及導(dǎo)致腸道微生態(tài)失調(diào)的外源性(氣候因素、飲食結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)境污染、病原微生物感染、食品添加劑)、內(nèi)源性(營養(yǎng)代謝障礙、器官功能失調(diào)、癌癥)、醫(yī)源性(藥物、放化療、外科手術(shù))病因,并詳細(xì)闡述腸道微生態(tài)失調(diào)的主要表現(xiàn)形式及其與疾病的相關(guān)性,旨在揭示腸道微生態(tài)在中醫(yī)藥研究中的重要性與發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:By sorting out the studies on intestinal microecology in Chinese and foreign literature, the author summarized the factors influencing the personalized characteristics of intestinal microecological balance groups (delivery mode, feeding mode, age, region, etc.) Exercise habits) and exogenous causes of intestinal microecological disorders (climatic factors, dietary structure, environmental pollution, pathogenic microbial infections, food additives), endogenous (nutritional metabolic disorders, organ dysfunction, cancer), The etiology of iatrogenic (drugs, chemoradiotherapy, surgery), and the main manifestations of intestinal microecological disorders and their correlation with diseases are described in detail in order to reveal the importance and development prospects of intestinal microecology in the research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
