【摘要】：藏醫(yī)將人體的經(jīng)脈分為黑脈和白脈。藏醫(yī)認(rèn)為因季節(jié)環(huán)境、飲食不當(dāng)、瘟毒熱邪侵入脈道,或外傷等損害白脈,導(dǎo)致三因素中的隆和血液紊亂而誘發(fā)白脈病。白脈病是藏醫(yī)白脈系統(tǒng)遭受致病因素的影響后所致的一系列疾病的總稱,臨床上很多疾病歸屬于"白脈病"。中風(fēng)病是藏醫(yī)白脈病的一種,臨癥時(shí)需根據(jù)疾病的寒熱屬性、發(fā)病時(shí)間、病位及其三因素(赤巴、隆、培根)歸屬情況,據(jù)理選藥、對(duì)治疾病,是藏醫(yī)辨治白脈病的基本規(guī)律,臨床時(shí)應(yīng)按照藏醫(yī)的診療規(guī)律、綜合診查病因、把握疾病證候變化規(guī)律來(lái)施治用藥。
[Abstract]:Tibetan medicine divides the meridians of the human body into black and white veins. Tibetan doctors believe that white vein disease is caused by seasonal environment, improper diet, pathogen of distemper and heat invading the veins, or trauma, which results in the disturbance of blood and blood in the three factors. White vein disease is a series of diseases caused by the influence of pathogenic factors on the white vein system of Tibetan medicine. Many diseases belong to "white pulse disease" in clinic. Apoplexy is a kind of white pulse disease in Tibetan medicine. According to the attribute of cold and heat, the time of onset, the position of the disease and the attribution of its three factors (Chiba, long, Bacon), it is the basic law of Tibetan medicine to distinguish and treat the disease according to the principle of selecting drugs and treating the disease. Clinical diagnosis and treatment should be in accordance with the Tibetan medicine, comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of the etiology, grasp the change of disease syndrome law to treat and use drugs.
