【摘要】：目的:探討PPH術(shù)配合穴位埋線(xiàn)法治療出口梗阻型便秘的臨床療效及安全性評(píng)價(jià)。方法:將符合出口梗阻型便秘診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組患者行PPH手術(shù)治療,試驗(yàn)組患者在PPH術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上加用雙側(cè)天樞穴埋線(xiàn)治療,觀察術(shù)后7天及術(shù)后3個(gè)月兩組的治療效果及術(shù)后兩周的生活質(zhì)量改善水平,同時(shí)觀察兩組治療方案對(duì)實(shí)秘與虛秘治療效果的差異,并記錄可能出現(xiàn)的術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)及并發(fā)癥,以評(píng)價(jià)其安全性。結(jié)果:經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,術(shù)后7天及術(shù)后3個(gè)月試驗(yàn)組的治療效果均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);實(shí)秘與虛秘患者療效對(duì)比方面,針對(duì)虛秘患者,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),針對(duì)實(shí)秘患者,兩者無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05);部分癥狀積分改善方面,試驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組有更加顯著的療效(P0.05);術(shù)后2周生活質(zhì)量積分改善方面,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)于出口梗阻型便秘患者,應(yīng)用PPH術(shù)聯(lián)合天樞穴穴位埋線(xiàn)治療術(shù)后一周及術(shù)后3個(gè)月總體效果和部分癥狀改善均優(yōu)于單純PPH術(shù),生活質(zhì)量提高優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,虛秘患者較實(shí)秘患者在PPH術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上更適合聯(lián)合天樞穴穴位埋線(xiàn)治療,本法簡(jiǎn)便易行、安全可靠,值得臨床醫(yī)師參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of PPH combined with catgut embedding in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation. Methods: 60 patients with outlet obstructive constipation were randomly divided into test group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with PPH operation, and the patients in the test group were treated with bilateral Tianyu acupoint embedding wire on the basis of PPH. After 7 days and 3 months after operation, the therapeutic effect and the improvement level of quality of life in the two groups were observed. At the same time, the difference of the therapeutic effect between the two groups was observed, and the possible postoperative adverse reactions and complications were recorded. To evaluate its safety. Results: statistical analysis showed that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group at 7 days and 3 months after operation (P0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The improvement of some symptom scores in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group (P0.05), and the improvement of the quality of life score in the two weeks after operation was better in the experimental group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with outlet obstructive constipation, the overall effect and partial symptom improvement after one week and three months after operation with PPH combined with Tianqiu acupoint catgut embedding are better than those of PPH alone, and the improvement of quality of life is obvious. On the basis of PPH, the patients with false secret are more suitable for the treatment of acupoint catgut embedding at Tianxiong point. This method is simple, safe and reliable, and is worthy of reference by clinicians.
