【摘要】：目的:利用累積Meta分析,系統(tǒng)評價針灸治療腦出血急性期的有效性和可能存在的優(yōu)越性。方法:檢索Cochrane Library、Pub Med、CNKI等數(shù)據(jù)庫及相關期刊和高校圖書館論文庫,運用STATA 14.0進行累積Meta分析。結果:共納入7篇文獻,按照文獻發(fā)表年限行累積Meta示針灸治療腦出血急性期初次被證明有效是在2009年,OR=3.48,95%CI[1.59,7.62],按樣本量大小為序行累積Meta分析示針灸治療腦出血急性期的OR值基本穩(wěn)定,精確性逐次增高。以上分析表明治療組有效率優(yōu)于對照組,兩組療效比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。Egger檢驗法證明發(fā)表偏倚可能性較小,敏感性分析示所有的研究點值均落在最終結果的95%CI中,說明本研究結果可靠。結論:針灸治療腦出血急性期療效肯定,但鑒于可供納入研究文獻較少,質(zhì)量較低,尚需更多高質(zhì)量的研究以驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness and possible superiority of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage by cumulative Meta analysis. Methods: Cochrane Library,Pub Med,CNKI and other databases, related journals and library of academic libraries were searched, and cumulative Meta analysis was carried out by STATA 14.0. Results: a total of 7 articles were included. According to the published years, cumulative Meta showed that acupuncture and moxibustion was first proved effective in the acute phase of intracerebral hemorrhage in 2009, OR=3.48,95%CI [1.59, 7.62], Cumulative Meta analysis according to the sample size showed that the OR value of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in acute phase of intracerebral hemorrhage was basically stable and the accuracy increased gradually. The above analysis showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). Egger test showed that the possibility of publication bias was less than that of the control group. Sensitivity analysis showed that all the point values of the study were located in the 95%CI of the final results, which indicated that the results of this study were reliable. Conclusion: acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage, but more high-quality studies are needed to verify it in view of the few literatures and the lower quality of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.
