【摘要】：目的:觀察及評(píng)價(jià)熨藥止痛散外敷結(jié)合TDP特定電磁波譜治療器照射治療寒濕痹阻型腰椎管狹窄癥的臨床療效。材料與方法:將2015年6月—2015年11月間于遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨傷一科接受非手術(shù)治療的96例腰椎管狹窄癥(寒濕痹阻型)患者,單盲隨機(jī)分入觀察組與對(duì)照組,觀察組使用熨藥止痛散結(jié)合TDP治療器照射治療,對(duì)照組使用安慰劑結(jié)合TDP治療器照射治療,療程為2周。對(duì)兩組患者治療前(0周)及治療后2周、6周隨訪的VAS評(píng)分及Oswestry指數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析和評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:96例患者中有9例患者因失訪而脫落,最終87例患者完成隨訪資料。觀察組43例患者,VAS評(píng)分治療前(6.05±1.13),治療后2周(3.67±1.06),末次隨訪(2.65±1.45);Oswestry指數(shù)治療前(58.65±5.60),治療后2周(43.40±7.34),末次隨訪(36.40±10.16),總優(yōu)良率為88.37%。對(duì)照組44例患者,VAS評(píng)分治療前(6.05±1.12),治療后2周(4.30±1.15),末次隨訪(3.68±1.65);Oswestry指數(shù),治療前(58.41±6.20),治療后2周(50.45±7.69),末次隨訪(48.02±12.22),總優(yōu)良率為65.91%。末次隨訪觀察組中臨床治愈10例,好轉(zhuǎn)29例,無(wú)效4例,總有效率為90.70%;對(duì)照組中臨床治愈3例,好轉(zhuǎn)25例,無(wú)效16例,總有效率63.64%。治療前組間對(duì)照均P0.05,具有可比性;治療后組間對(duì)照均P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果表明熨藥止痛散外敷結(jié)合TDP特定電磁波譜治療器照射治療腰椎管狹窄癥療效確實(shí),短期療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of ironing Zhitong powder combined with TDP special electromagnetic wave spectrum therapy on the treatment of cold and dampness obstruction lumbar spinal stenosis. Materials and methods: from June 2015 to November 2015 in Liaoning Province. 96 cases of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (Cold and dampness obstruction) received Non-operative treatment in the Department of Bone injury of affiliated Hospital of University, One blind group was randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with ironing medicine Zhitong powder combined with TDP device irradiation, while the control group was treated with placebo combined with TDP therapy device. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The VAS score and Oswestry index of the patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed and evaluated during the follow-up period of 2 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment. Results 9 out of 96 patients dropped off because of the loss of visit. The final follow-up data were completed in 87 patients. The VAS score of 43 patients in the observation group was 6.05 鹵1.13g before treatment, 3.67 鹵1.06m at 2 weeks after treatment, and 2.65 鹵1.45Oswestry index was 58.65 鹵5.60g before treatment, 43.40 鹵7.34m at 2 weeks after treatment, 36.40 鹵10.16m at the last follow-up, and the total excellent and good rate was 88.375.The VAS was evaluated in 44 patients in the control group. The scores were 6.05 鹵1.12g before treatment, 4.30 鹵1.15m at 2 weeks after treatment, and 3.68 鹵1.65 Oswestry index at the last follow-up. The total excellent and good rate was 65.91%. In the last follow-up group, 10 cases were cured, 29 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.70%, in the control group, 3 cases were cured, 25 cases were improved, 16 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 63.64%. Conclusion: the statistical analysis results show that the external application of ironing medicine Zhitong powder combined with TDP specific electromagnetic wave spectrum therapy is effective in the treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis, and the short-term curative effect is satisfactory.
