【摘要】：目的探討艾灸雙側(cè)豐隆、足三里治療痰濕壅盛證高血壓患者的療效。方法 2015年3-11月,便利抽樣法選擇在福州市某三級甲等醫(yī)院心血管內(nèi)科門診治療的59例痰濕壅盛證1級高血壓患者為研究對象。按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為對照組和觀察組。對照組30例患者進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療和健康教育,而觀察組29例患者在此基礎(chǔ)上給予艾灸療法,取雙側(cè)豐隆、足三里,艾灸1次/d,每穴施灸5min/次,共20min,干預(yù)期為30d。記錄干預(yù)期間兩組患者的血壓、血脂、中醫(yī)證候積分,并評價其療效。結(jié)果干預(yù)30d后,兩組患者的收縮壓差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-2.021,P=0.043)。兩組患者的血清總膽固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)水平差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。干預(yù)后,兩組患者的中醫(yī)證候積分均比干預(yù)前低,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05),且干預(yù)后觀察組患者得分低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論艾灸療法對降低痰濕壅盛證高血壓患者的收縮壓、調(diào)節(jié)血脂水平、改善中醫(yī)證候具有一定的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the curative effect of moxibustion on both sides of Fenglong and Zusanli in treating hypertensive patients with dampness and phlegm. The convenience sampling method was used to select 59 patients with grade 1 hypertension with phlegm dampness syndrome in the outpatient department of cardiovascular department of Grade 3A Hospital in Fuzhou. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random digital table. The control group was divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. 30 patients received routine treatment and health education. On this basis, 29 patients in the observation group were treated with moxibustion therapy. The patients in both sides of Fenglong, Zusanli and moxibustion were treated with moxibustion for 5 mins / d for 20 mins per point, with a dry expectation of 30 days. The blood pressure, blood lipid and TCM syndromes were recorded in the two groups during the intervention period. Results after 30 days of intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the two groups (P < 0.01). The serum total cholesterol cholesterol cholesterol total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TGG) levels in the two groups were significantly different (all P 0.05). The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention. Conclusion moxibustion therapy has certain effect on reducing systolic blood pressure, regulating blood lipid level and improving TCM syndromes.
