文章摘要：應(yīng)用透皮吸收促進(jìn)劑是目前最常用的改善透皮吸收效果的手段之一。中藥揮發(fā)油大多具有良好的透皮吸收促進(jìn)效果與輕微的皮膚刺激,并且還具有一定的治療效果,因此作為透皮吸收促進(jìn)劑應(yīng)用具有良好的前景。對(duì)中藥揮發(fā)油的透皮促滲效果、作用機(jī)制、安全性以及自身的透皮吸收進(jìn)行綜述,在分析現(xiàn)狀的同時(shí),對(duì)于存在的主要問(wèn)題,即制劑應(yīng)用的規(guī)范性以及體外透皮吸收評(píng)價(jià)的局限性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了研究思路：中藥揮發(fā)油的透皮吸收促進(jìn)作用確切,但圍繞著其適用范圍、應(yīng)用劑型、作用機(jī)制還需要進(jìn)行規(guī)范化研究,并且應(yīng)注重中醫(yī)藥理論的指導(dǎo)作用。

Abstr：Application of penetration enhancers（PE） is one of the most commonly used strategies to improve the percutaneous absorption. Most essential oils from Chinese materia medica（CMM） possess the good ability to enhance percutaneous absorption, minor skin irritation, and certain therapeutic efficacy. Therefore, the research on essential oils as PE has good prospects. In the present paper, the percutaneous absorption enhancing effects, mechanism of action, safety, and transdermal absorption of essential oils from CMM are reviewed. Moreover, the existing main problems, namely the confusing application of pharmaceutical preparations and the limitation of in vitro percutaneous absorption evaluations, are summarized and analyzed. Then the research ideas are proposed on the basis of the analysis results. The application scope, dosage forms, and mechanism of action of essential oils from CMM as PE should be further studied and standardized. More attention should be paid to the guiding role of CMM theory.
