陽(yáng)光體育視域下貴州省望謨縣部分中學(xué)課余體育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代教育對(duì)學(xué)校體育提出了新的要求,即學(xué)校體育要為學(xué)生的終身體育打好基礎(chǔ),為學(xué)生主動(dòng)地進(jìn)行體育學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)造條件。課余體育是學(xué)校體育的重要組成部分,在全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的今天,越來(lái)越顯示出課外體育活動(dòng)在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)中具有獨(dú)特的作用。體育課與課外體育活動(dòng)相結(jié)合是實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校體育終極目標(biāo)的前提條件,也是開(kāi)展“陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)”的關(guān)鍵。1990年頒布的《學(xué)校體育工作條例》要求:“普通中小學(xué)校、農(nóng)業(yè)中學(xué)、職業(yè)中學(xué)等每天應(yīng)當(dāng)安排課間操,每周安排三次以上的課余體育活動(dòng),保證學(xué)生每天有一小時(shí)體育活動(dòng)的時(shí)間(含體育課)”。1995國(guó)務(wù)院頒布的《中華人民共和國(guó)體育法》規(guī)定“學(xué)校應(yīng)當(dāng)組織多種形式的課余體育活動(dòng),開(kāi)展課外訓(xùn)練和體育競(jìng)賽”。學(xué)生在課余時(shí)間里,運(yùn)用各種身體練習(xí)和多種方法手段,以發(fā)展身體素質(zhì)、增進(jìn)健康、提高運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)水平和豐富業(yè)余文化生活為目的而進(jìn)行的多種形式內(nèi)容的體育教育活動(dòng)。它主要包括早操、課間操、班級(jí)體育活動(dòng)、課余體育訓(xùn)練、競(jìng)賽等多種組織形式和內(nèi)容。本文以望謨縣5所中學(xué)課余體育現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,對(duì)望謨縣5所中學(xué)的500名學(xué)生和25名體育教師進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,調(diào)查的主要內(nèi)容包括:場(chǎng)地設(shè)施、參訓(xùn)學(xué)生、培訓(xùn)的教師、態(tài)度、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意見(jiàn)看法、以及資金等情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析。本研究旨在通過(guò)理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,以望謨縣部分中學(xué)參與課余體育鍛煉情況為切入點(diǎn),提供督導(dǎo)、檢查等方面的有效數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)影響望謨縣中生參與課余體育鍛煉的相關(guān)因素,提出解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,積極探索符合我縣縣情、適合我縣中生課余體育鍛煉的鍛煉模式。這對(duì)于提高望謨縣中學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)、增強(qiáng)其身心健康、促進(jìn)德、智、體、全面發(fā)展以及為學(xué)生終身體育的養(yǎng)成都將具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。(1)望謨縣部分中學(xué)學(xué)校組織的早操、課間操、班級(jí)體育活動(dòng)等內(nèi)容,缺乏創(chuàng)新性并且存在時(shí)常被占用的現(xiàn)象,在一定程度上導(dǎo)致了學(xué)生參與兩操鍛煉的積極性不是很高。(2)望謨縣部分中學(xué)學(xué)生的參與動(dòng)機(jī)主要集中在了強(qiáng)身健體、休閑娛樂(lè)、宣泄情緒等方面。參與態(tài)度方面,初中生較為積極,且男生參與積極性明顯高于女生。(3)影響望謨縣部分中學(xué)學(xué)生參與課余體育鍛煉的因素主要是學(xué)生自身因素、管理因素、教師因素和場(chǎng)地設(shè)施因素,其中學(xué)生自身因素、場(chǎng)地設(shè)施因素排在了前兩位。(4)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和體育教師要加強(qiáng)體育教學(xué)組織管理;提高教師素質(zhì),定期開(kāi)展專業(yè)培訓(xùn);加強(qiáng)場(chǎng)地及器材維護(hù)及資金投入;營(yíng)造良好的校園體育文化氛圍。
[Abstract]:Modern education has put forward new requirements for school physical education, that is, school physical education should lay a good foundation for students' lifelong physical education and create conditions for students to take the initiative to study physical education. Extracurricular physical education is an important part of school physical education. Nowadays, the comprehensive implementation of quality education shows that extracurricular sports activities play a unique role in cultivating students' comprehensive quality. The combination of physical education and extracurricular sports activities is the precondition to realize the ultimate goal of school physical education. It is also the key to carrying out "Sunshine Sports". The regulations on School physical Education issued in 1990 require: "ordinary primary and secondary schools, agricultural middle schools, vocational schools, etc., should arrange classes every day and arrange more than three after-school sports activities per week," Ensure that students have one hour of physical activity every day (including physical education) ".The P.E. Law of the people's Republic of China promulgated by the State Council in 1995 stipulates that" the school shall organize various forms of after-school sports activities, To carry out extracurricular training and sports competitions ". In their spare time, students use various physical exercises and various methods to develop their physical fitness and improve their health. A variety of physical education activities aimed at improving sports skills and enriching amateur cultural life. It mainly includes morning exercises, class exercises, class sports activities, and after-school sports training. The present situation and development trend of after-school sports in 5 middle schools in Wangmo County are taken as the research objects. Through questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods, A survey was conducted on 500 students and 25 PE teachers in 5 middle schools in Wangmo County. The main contents of the investigation included: venue facilities, training students, trained teachers, attitudes and opinions of the leaders. The purpose of this study is to combine theory with practice, to provide effective data on supervision and inspection in some middle schools in Wangmo County by taking part in extracurricular physical exercise as the starting point. Furthermore, the author finds out the relevant factors that affect the students' participation in after-school physical exercise in Wangmo County, puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems, and actively explores the situation of our county. It is suitable for the physical training mode of secondary school students in our county. It can improve the physical quality of middle school students in Wangmo County, enhance their physical and mental health, and promote their moral, intellectual, physical and mental health. Comprehensive development and the cultivation of lifelong physical education for students will have important practical significance.) the contents of morning exercises, class exercises and class sports activities organized by some middle schools in Wangmo County are lack of innovation and often occupied. To a certain extent, the enthusiasm of students to participate in two exercises is not very high.) the participation motivation of some middle school students in Wangmo County is mainly concentrated in the aspects of physical fitness, leisure and entertainment, catharsis and so on. Junior high school students are more active, and male students' participation enthusiasm is obviously higher than female students.) the main factors that affect the students' participation in physical exercise after school in Wangmo County are students themselves, management factors, teachers and facilities. Among them, the factors of students themselves and venue facilities rank first two.) School leaders and physical education teachers should strengthen the organization and management of physical education teaching, improve the quality of teachers, carry out regular professional training, strengthen the maintenance of venues and equipment and invest funds. Create a good campus sports culture atmosphere.
