<正>原發(fā)性肝癌（PLC）是我國難治性惡性腫瘤,病死率高^[1]。PLC的治療,目前仍以早期局部手術切除作為首選方案。但是,所有促進早期手術得以實現(xiàn)的努力和各種療法的實施,使得術后1、3、5年生存率已接近高限^[2]。此外,國際上多采納巴塞羅那臨床肝癌分期標準,對B期（單發(fā)或多發(fā)的大腫瘤）推薦經導管肝動脈化療栓塞（TACE）,對C期（伴大血管/膽管癌栓）僅推
