<正>原發(fā)性肝癌（PLC）是我國(guó)難治性惡性腫瘤,病死率高^[1]。PLC的治療,目前仍以早期局部手術(shù)切除作為首選方案。但是,所有促進(jìn)早期手術(shù)得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的努力和各種療法的實(shí)施,使得術(shù)后1、3、5年生存率已接近高限^[2]。此外,國(guó)際上多采納巴塞羅那臨床肝癌分期標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)B期（單發(fā)或多發(fā)的大腫瘤）推薦經(jīng)導(dǎo)管肝動(dòng)脈化療栓塞（TACE）,對(duì)C期（伴大血管/膽管癌栓）僅推
