萊菔硫烷對(duì)大鼠腎缺血再灌注誘發(fā)腸損傷的影響

目的:腎臟是人體內(nèi)的重要器官,做為泌尿系統(tǒng)的組成部分,在維持人體內(nèi)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定方面起著極其關(guān)鍵的作用,主要表現(xiàn)為排泄有害物質(zhì),重吸收有益物質(zhì),如鉀離子、鈉離子、氨基酸等物質(zhì),進(jìn)而維持體內(nèi)酸堿平衡,防止發(fā)生水、電解質(zhì)紊亂。另外已知的腎臟還有調(diào)理血壓、促進(jìn)紅細(xì)胞生成、促進(jìn)維生素D活化等作用。是以,一旦腎臟受到侵害,就會(huì)致使內(nèi)環(huán)境不穩(wěn)定,發(fā)生水、電解質(zhì)紊亂,嚴(yán)重時(shí)甚至危及生命。有報(bào)道指出,腎臟出現(xiàn)損害時(shí),會(huì)導(dǎo)致其它器官如肝、腦、肺臟等器官出現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的損害。腎缺血再灌注損傷(Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury,RIRI)做為一種復(fù)雜的病理生理過程,隨著近年來不斷深入的研究,RIRI的病理生理機(jī)制之一是活性氧族(ROS)的大量生成,活性氧族是一類含有單電子氧自由基的物質(zhì)總稱,常見的包括超氧陰離子(O2-)、羥自由基(﹣OH)和過氧化氫(H2O2)等。正常情況下ROS在細(xì)胞內(nèi)起著重要的生理功能,并且可以被機(jī)體內(nèi)抗氧化系統(tǒng)清除掉,但當(dāng)ROS生成過多,這時(shí)其危害作用就顯現(xiàn)出來,可以造成對(duì)...
