隨著肥胖及其相關疾病的患病率不斷上升,肥胖并發(fā)的慢性炎癥已成為一個不容忽視的公共衛(wèi)生問題,迫切需要針對肥胖相關慢性炎癥新的治療方案和干預策略.脂肪酸合酶(fatty acid synthase,FAS)是一種多功能復合酶,是治療肥胖、糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝、炎癥和癌癥的潛在靶點.持續(xù)的炎癥反應是潛在的危險因素.一些關鍵的炎癥標志物與肥胖密切相關,其中特別是FAS抑制劑的研究受到越來越多的關注.在我國,中藥已廣泛被應用于炎癥的治療,其中有多種中藥對FAS表現(xiàn)出強抑制作用.本文綜述了中藥FAS抑制劑的結構和活性特點,對于研發(fā)中藥FAS抑制劑治療炎癥提供了依據(jù).
