【摘要】:目的建立便攜式氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜(GC-MS)法測定工作場所空氣中雙氯甲醚的方法。方法工作場所空氣中雙氯甲醚樣品以便攜式GS-MS儀手持探頭直接采集和檢測。樣品經(jīng)SPB-1色譜柱分離,質(zhì)譜檢測器檢測,以保留時(shí)間和特征離子定性,選擇離子峰面積定量。結(jié)果方法線性范圍為1.32~66.00μg/m~3,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.999,檢出限為0.66μg/m~3,定量下限為1.32μg/m~3,加標(biāo)回收率為96.97%~112.12%,批內(nèi)相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為6.12%~9.46%,不同批次樣品的RSD為12.31%~19.05%。結(jié)論本研究建立的測定工作場所空氣中雙氯甲醚的便攜式GC-MS法準(zhǔn)確度較高,適用于工作場所空氣中雙氯甲醚的快速定性和定量檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a portable gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air. Methods the samples of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air were collected and detected directly by portable GS-MS probe. The samples were separated by SPB-1 column. Mass spectrometry detector, qualitative analysis with retention time and characteristic ions, Results the linear range of the method was 1.32 ~ 66.00 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the correlation coefficient was 0.999, the detection limit was 0.66 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the lower limit of quantification was 1.32 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the recovery was 96.97 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the RSD was 6.12 ~ 9.46, and the RSD of different batches was 12.31 ~ 19.05. The established portable GC-MS method for the determination of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air has high accuracy. Suitable for rapid qualitative and quantitative detection of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air.
