【摘要】：目的:采用固相萃取-超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法測定脂必妥片中桔霉素的殘留量。方法:采用固相萃取法進行前處理,色譜柱為Zorbax Eclipse Plus C_(18),流動相為水(加0.1%甲酸)-乙腈(70∶30,V/V)(梯度洗脫),流速為0.30 m L/min,柱溫為40℃,分析時間為7 min,進樣量為2μL;離子化模式為正離子模式,離子源溫度為150℃,干燥氣流速為15 L/min,鞘氣溫度為350℃,鞘氣流速為12 L/min,毛細管電壓為3 500 V,霧化器壓力為40 psi,噴霧電壓為0 V,工作模式為多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測模式。結(jié)果:桔霉素檢測質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍為0.1~20 ng/m L(r=0.999 4);定量限和檢測限分別為0.05、0.01 ng/m L;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD2.0%;加樣回收率為98.868%~103.160%(RSD=1.5%,n=6)。結(jié)論:該方法簡便快速、靈敏、結(jié)果準確,適用于脂必妥片中桔霉素的殘留量測定。
