【摘要】：目的:了解我院藥品不良反應(yīng)(ADR)發(fā)生的特點(diǎn)及一般規(guī)律,為臨床安全合理用藥提供參考。方法:對(duì)2012-2013年我院上報(bào)的192例ADR報(bào)告進(jìn)行回顧性匯總、分析。結(jié)果:192例ADR報(bào)告中,ADR發(fā)生最多的人群為60歲以上的老年患者,占42.18%;引起ADR發(fā)生的主要給藥途徑是靜脈滴注,占92.71%;引起ADR最多的是抗感染藥,有65例,占33.85%,其中頭孢菌素類居首位,占26.15%;累及器官或系統(tǒng)中以皮膚及其附件損害最多,占37.50%。結(jié)論:臨床應(yīng)加強(qiáng)抗感染藥及靜脈滴注給藥方式的監(jiān)測(cè),重點(diǎn)關(guān)注老年患者等特殊人群的用藥安全及ADR對(duì)其皮膚及其附件的影響,進(jìn)一步提高安全合理用藥水平,減少藥源性疾病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the characteristics and general rule of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital and provide reference for the rational use of clinical safety. Methods:192 ADR cases reported in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed. Results: In the analysis of 192 ADR cases, the majority of ADR cases were aged 60 and older, accounting for 42.18%, the main route of the ADR was intravenous drip (92.71%), the most ADR was anti-infective,65 cases (33.85%), in which the cephalosporin was the first, accounting for 26.15%; The damage to the skin and its accessories is the most in the organs or systems, accounting for 37.50%. Conclusion: The clinical effect of anti-infection medicine and intravenous drip administration should be strengthened, and the effect of the drug safety and ADR on the skin and its accessories should be paid more attention to the effect of the drug safety and the ADR on the skin and its accessories, and the safety and reasonable medication level can be further improved, and the occurrence of the drug-borne disease can be reduced.
