基于加權逼近理想解排序法的萬古霉素新生兒藥物利用評價

【摘要】:目的采用加權逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法進行萬古霉素新生兒的藥物利用評價,為其合理應用提供參考。方法參考國內外專家共識和應用指南,建立萬古霉素新生兒藥物利用評價標準。收集2014年1月至2015年11月本院新生兒科使用萬古霉素并至少進行一次治療藥物監(jiān)測的全部患兒信息,依據(jù)標準進行用藥過程的評價,并采用加權TOPSIS法進行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析。結果共搜集74份病例進行評價,其中與最優(yōu)解相對接近程度為1的有27例(36%),介于0.7~0.8的2例(3%),介于0.6~0.7的16例(22%),介于0.5~0.6的23例(31%),介于0.4~0.5的6例(8%)。結論采用加權TOPSIS法進行萬古霉素新生兒的藥物利用評價合理可行,具有可操作性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the drug utilization of vancomycin neonates by weighted approximate ideal solution sequencing (TOPSIS) method, and to provide reference for its rational application. Methods referring to the consensus and application guide of experts at home and abroad, the evaluation standard of vancomycin neonatal drug utilization was established. From January 2014 to November 2015, all the children who were treated with vancomycin and monitored at least once were collected. The drug use process was evaluated according to the standard, and the data were statistically analyzed by weighted TOPSIS method.
