【摘要】：阿片類藥物相關(guān)性便秘(opioid-induced constipation,OIC)是阿片類藥物應(yīng)用過程中最常見的不良反應(yīng),其困擾著癌痛患者和醫(yī)務(wù)工作者,影響癌痛患者的疼痛控制。因此,控制OIC則顯得十分必要。但是關(guān)于OIC的診斷未達(dá)成共識(shí),有必要探討與統(tǒng)一其診斷,以便交流和比較治療效果。本研究提出了OIC相關(guān)的診斷意見并概述了OIC治療,包括藥物治療和非藥物治療;同時(shí)提出OIC預(yù)防、治療的初步流程,以利于臨床工作者方便使用。
[Abstract]:Opioid-related constipation (OIC) is the most common adverse reaction in the application of opioids, and it is the most common adverse reaction in the application of opioids, which is a problem in the pain control of patients with cancer pain and medical workers. Therefore, it is necessary to control the OIC. However, there is no consensus on the diagnosis of OIC, and it is necessary to explore and harmonize its diagnosis in order to exchange and compare the therapeutic effect. This study provides an OIC-related diagnostic opinion and provides an overview of the OIC therapy, including drug-based and non-drug-based therapy, and also provides a preliminary flow of OIC prevention and treatment to facilitate the use of clinical workers.
