透明質(zhì)酸修飾姜黃素殼聚糖納米粒的制備及初步細胞毒性考察

【摘要】:采用離子交聯(lián)法制備姜黃素殼聚糖納米粒,然后通過共價連接將透明質(zhì)酸連接到納米粒表面。所得透明質(zhì)酸修飾姜黃素殼聚糖納米粒呈球形,平均粒徑(205.3±11.4)nm,包封率和載藥量為42.7%和28.4%,透明質(zhì)酸的平均結合率為39%。體外細胞毒性試驗顯示,該制品對高表達CD44受體的A549細胞增殖的抑制率明顯高于未修飾納米粒和游離藥物。而對于CD44低表達的Hep G2細胞,修飾和未修飾納米粒的抑制率相當。
[Abstract]:Curcumin chitosan nanoparticles were prepared by ion cross-linking method, and then hyaluronic acid was connected to the surface of nanoparticles by covalent bonding. The hyaluronic acid modified curcumin chitosan nanoparticles were spherical, the average particle size was (205.3 鹵11.4) nm, the encapsulation efficiency and drug loading were 42.7% and 28.4%, and the average binding efficiency of hyaluronic acid was 39%. In vitro cytotoxicity test showed that the inhibitory rate of the product on the proliferation of A549 cells with high expression of CD44 receptor was significantly higher than that of unmodified nanoparticles and free drugs. For Hep G2 cells with low expression of CD44, the inhibition rate of modified and unmodified nanoparticles was the same.
