鏈霉菌CPCC 202950大米發(fā)酵中1個(gè)新的苯甲酰胺類化合物

【摘要】:采用硅膠柱色譜、凝膠柱色譜、閃式反相C_(18)柱色譜以及反相HPLC等多種色譜技術(shù)和方法,從鏈霉菌CPCC 202950大米發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物中分離得到8個(gè)化合物,借助理化性質(zhì)和波譜學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析,鑒定其結(jié)構(gòu)為3-[(3'-氨基-3'-氧丙-1'-烯-2'-基)氧]苯甲酰胺(1),間位-羥基苯甲酰胺(2),leptosphaepin(3),5-methyluracil(4),feruloylamide(5),對(duì)羥基苯乙酰胺(6),vanillamide(7),環(huán)-(L-纈氨酸-L-丙氨酸)(8)。其中化合物1為1個(gè)新的苯甲酰胺類化合物,2為新的天然產(chǎn)物。化合物1~8對(duì)HIV-1蛋白酶均沒(méi)有明顯的抑制作用,對(duì)Hela,HepG2和U2OS 3株腫瘤細(xì)胞株也未顯示出明顯的毒性(IC_(50)10μmol·L~(-1))。
[Abstract]:Eight compounds were isolated from rice fermentation products of Streptomyces CPCC 202950 by silica gel column chromatography, flash reversed phase C18 column chromatography and reverse phase HPLC. Their structures were identified as 3-[(3) amino-3 / Oxypropyl-1 / Ene-2] benzamides (1) by means of physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic data. M-hydroxybenzamide (2), leptosphaepin (3), 5-methyluracil (4), feruloylamide (5), p-hydroxyphenylacetamide (6), vanillamide (7), ring-(L-valine-L-alanine) (8).
