【摘要】：本文研究了國(guó)內(nèi)6個(gè)廠家生產(chǎn)的青霉素V鉀片在磷酸鹽緩沖溶液(pH 6.8)、醋酸鹽緩沖溶液(pH 4.5)以及0.01 mol/L鹽酸溶液(pH 1.0)的溶出度,并采用相似f_2因子法,以原研廠家的青霉素V鉀片為參比制劑進(jìn)行了溶出曲線相似度的比較,為臨床使用青霉素V鉀片提供更好的參考依據(jù)。
