【摘要】：溶解度差已成為難溶性藥物成功上市的主要壁壘。納米結(jié)晶技術(shù)具有制備簡(jiǎn)便、載藥量高和易放大等優(yōu)勢(shì),可將藥物破碎成納米級(jí),提高藥物的飽和溶解度和溶出速率,從而提高藥物口服生物利用度。如何獲得粒徑小、穩(wěn)定性好的納米結(jié)晶是目前該領(lǐng)域研究的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)。本文將就這兩方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行評(píng)述。
[Abstract]:Poor solubility has become a major barrier to the successful marketing of insoluble drugs. The nano-crystallization technology has the advantages of being simple and convenient to prepare, high in drug-carrying capacity and easy to be enlarged, and the like, can be broken into nano-scale, and the saturation solubility and the dissolution rate of the medicament can be improved, thereby improving the oral bioavailability of the medicament. How to obtain the nano-crystal with small particle size and good stability is the focus and difficulty of the research in this field. The contents of these two aspects will be reviewed in this paper.
