RP-HPLC法同時測定鹽酸硫利達嗪片的含量和有關物質

【摘要】:目的:建立同時測定鹽酸硫利達嗪片含量和有關物質的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Waters Symmetry-C18,流動相為乙腈-水-三乙胺(85∶14∶1,V/V/V),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測波長為265 nm,柱溫為30℃,進樣量為20μl。結果:鹽酸硫利達嗪質量濃度在2.5~37.5 mg/ml范圍內與其峰面積積分值呈良好的線性關系(r=0.999 8);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD≤0.95%;平均加樣回收率為99.8%,RSD=0.83%(n=3)。結論:該方法簡便、準確、專屬性好、靈敏度高,可用于鹽酸硫利達嗪片的質量控制。
