【摘要】：目的:提高全自動擺藥機分包前流程效率。方法:成立住院藥房品管圈,按照品管圈活動步驟,找出影響全自動擺藥機分包前流程效率的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)、關(guān)鍵因素,針對要因制定相應對策并實施,再通過對品管圈活動實施前后的分包前流程用時等指標對本次活動進行評價。結(jié)果:針對分包前流程用時最長的2個工作環(huán)節(jié)即"去除藥品外包裝"和"人工統(tǒng)計制訂加藥單",通過采取準確設(shè)定加藥數(shù)量及品種、定時盤點擺藥機、及時調(diào)整擺藥機藥品目錄、加強培訓等措施提高了工作效率,全自動擺藥機分包前流程用時由活動前的179.8 min縮短至活動后的119.2 min(縮短33.7%),目標達成率為168.5%;且QCC活動成員在品管手法、責任心和團隊凝聚力等方面均正向增長(增長率為15%~81%)。結(jié)論:品管圈活動提高全自動擺藥機分包前流程效率的效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the process efficiency of automatic dispensing machine before subcontracting. Methods: the product management circle of inpatient pharmacy was set up, and according to the activity steps of product management circle, the key links and key factors affecting the efficiency of the process before subcontracting of automatic drug placement machine were found out, and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated and implemented. Results: according to the two working links that took the longest time before subcontracting, that is, "removing drug outer packing" and "making drug adding list by manual statistics", by accurately setting the quantity and variety of adding drugs, and regularly counting the dispensing machine, Timely adjustment of drug catalogue of dispensing machine, strengthening training and other measures have improved work efficiency, and the process time before subcontracting of automatic dispensing machine has been shortened from 179.8 min before activity to 119.2 min after activity (33.7%).
