品管圈在提高全自動(dòng)擺藥機(jī)分包前流程效率中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:提高全自動(dòng)擺藥機(jī)分包前流程效率。方法:成立住院藥房品管圈,按照品管圈活動(dòng)步驟,找出影響全自動(dòng)擺藥機(jī)分包前流程效率的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)、關(guān)鍵因素,針對(duì)要因制定相應(yīng)對(duì)策并實(shí)施,再通過對(duì)品管圈活動(dòng)實(shí)施前后的分包前流程用時(shí)等指標(biāo)對(duì)本次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:針對(duì)分包前流程用時(shí)最長(zhǎng)的2個(gè)工作環(huán)節(jié)即"去除藥品外包裝"和"人工統(tǒng)計(jì)制訂加藥單",通過采取準(zhǔn)確設(shè)定加藥數(shù)量及品種、定時(shí)盤點(diǎn)擺藥機(jī)、及時(shí)調(diào)整擺藥機(jī)藥品目錄、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)等措施提高了工作效率,全自動(dòng)擺藥機(jī)分包前流程用時(shí)由活動(dòng)前的179.8 min縮短至活動(dòng)后的119.2 min(縮短33.7%),目標(biāo)達(dá)成率為168.5%;且QCC活動(dòng)成員在品管手法、責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力等方面均正向增長(zhǎng)(增長(zhǎng)率為15%~81%)。結(jié)論:品管圈活動(dòng)提高全自動(dòng)擺藥機(jī)分包前流程效率的效果顯著。
