【摘要】：為探索一種利用質(zhì)譜快速鑒定血管緊張素Ⅱ受體拮抗藥中未知雜質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的方法,采用電子轟擊質(zhì)譜(EI-MS)和電噴霧串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(ESI-MS/MS)研究已上市的6種沙坦類藥物。通過(guò)解析碎片離子并結(jié)合高分辨質(zhì)譜確證裂解途徑,總結(jié)沙坦類藥物的質(zhì)譜裂解規(guī)律,并將其應(yīng)用于未知雜質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的快速鑒定。據(jù)此鑒定了阿齊沙坦原料藥中的2個(gè)未知的同分異構(gòu)體雜質(zhì),雜質(zhì)1為VA二唑環(huán)的氮原子被乙基化,雜質(zhì)2為阿齊沙坦羧酸乙酯。
[Abstract]:In order to explore a method for rapid identification of unknown impurities in angiotensin II receptor antagonists by mass spectrometry, six kinds of sartan drugs were studied by electron bombardment mass spectrometry (EI-MS) and electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS). By analyzing the fragment ions and confirming the pyrolysis pathway by high resolution mass spectrometry, the pyrolysis law of sartan drugs by mass spectrometry was summarized and applied to the rapid identification of unknown impurity structures. Based on this, two unknown isomer impurities in azixartan were identified. Impurity 1 was ethylation of nitrogen atoms in VAdiazole ring and impurity 2 was ethyl azixartan.
