【摘要】：目的:建立毛細(xì)管氣相色譜法測定噴昔洛韋乳膏中三氯叔丁醇含量。方法:采用氣相色譜法直接進(jìn)樣,進(jìn)樣體積為1μl;色譜柱為DB-624毛細(xì)管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm);載氣為氮氣;流速為1.5 ml·min~(-1)。FID檢測器,檢測器溫度為250℃;進(jìn)樣口溫度為200℃,柱溫采取程序升溫:初始溫度50℃,維持5 min,以30℃·min~(-1)升溫至170℃,維持4 min。以乙腈為溶劑,采用內(nèi)標(biāo)法測定噴昔洛韋乳膏中三氯叔丁醇含量。結(jié)果:三氯叔丁醇在40.0~200.0μg·ml~(-1)濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率為99.8%(RSD=0.6%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該法簡便、重復(fù)性及準(zhǔn)確性好,可用于噴昔洛韋乳膏中三氯叔丁醇含量測定。
