【摘要】：建立視差折光檢測器高效液相色譜儀(HPLC)聯(lián)用方法,測定注射用蘭索拉唑中葡甲胺的含量。高效液相色譜儀采用氫型陽離子交換樹脂和磺化交聯(lián)的苯乙烯二乙烯基共聚物為填充劑的硅膠基質色譜柱(SHISEIDOCAPCELL PAK 150 mm×46 mm,5μm),柱溫35℃,以三氟乙酸甲酸水(體積比為005∶03∶100,流速為06mL/min)為流動相。結果表明:在0169 0~3380 0 g/L的范圍內,葡甲胺的濃度與峰面積呈良好線性關系,相關系數(shù)為0999 9。平均回收率(n=3)為9980%,相對標準偏差(RSD)為05%。
