【摘要】：目的探討臨床藥師參與糖皮質(zhì)激素引起醫(yī)源性庫欣綜合征藥物治療的作用。方法臨床藥師對1例口服地塞米松片長達(dá)10年,繼發(fā)醫(yī)源性庫欣綜合征、糖尿病等疾病的患者提出處置分析建議和藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論患者逐漸減量至停用地塞米松片,改為醋酸氫化可的松20 mg,bid替代治療,減藥過程中未出現(xiàn)停藥反應(yīng)及反跳現(xiàn)象,對伴發(fā)疾病進(jìn)行對應(yīng)治療后予以出院。臨床藥師在提高患者用藥準(zhǔn)確性方面具有重要作用,且有助于避免患者藥源性藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生及不必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of iatrogenic Cushing syndrome induced by glucocorticoid. Methods A patient with iatrogenic Cushing's syndrome and diabetes mellitus was treated with oral dexamethasone tablets for 10 years. Results and conclusion the patients gradually reduced to the discontinuation of dexamethasone tablets and were replaced with hydrocortisone acetate 20 mg,bid replacement therapy. There was no withdrawal reaction and rebound phenomenon in the course of drug reduction. The patients were discharged from the hospital after corresponding treatment for the associated diseases. Clinical pharmacists play an important role in improving the accuracy of drug use and help to avoid the occurrence of drug-induced adverse drug reactions and unnecessary economic burden.
