【摘要】：目的:促進醫(yī)療機構制劑注冊的規(guī)范化。方法:結合遼寧省2010-2014年醫(yī)療機構制劑申報注冊新品種的技術審評情況,分析醫(yī)療機構制劑注冊申報資料中普遍存在的問題,并提出解決對策與建議。結果與結論:醫(yī)療機構制劑注冊申報資料中主要存在制劑名稱不規(guī)范、立題目的書寫不清楚與表述不恰當、說明書及標簽不規(guī)范、配制工藝研究不完善等問題。為了規(guī)范醫(yī)療機構制劑注冊申報資料的真實性和完整性,建議應加大現(xiàn)場核查力度、加強5年臨床使用歷史檢查、提高醫(yī)院制劑申報單位研發(fā)水平、強化醫(yī)療機構是制劑配制質量安全第一責任人的理念,以確保醫(yī)療機構制劑安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to promote the standardization of preparation registration in medical institutions. Methods: combined with the technical evaluation of new varieties of medical institutions from 2010 to 2014, the common problems existed in the registration data of medical institutions were analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. Results & conclusion: the main problems in the application data of preparation registration in medical institutions are that the name of the preparation is not standardized, the writing and expression of the title is not clear and proper, the specification and label are not standardized, and the research on the preparation process is not perfect and so on. In order to standardize the authenticity and integrity of the registration and declaration data of medical institutions, it is suggested that the on-site verification should be strengthened, the 5-year history of clinical use be strengthened, and the level of research and development of hospital preparation declaration units should be improved. Strengthen the idea that medical institution is the first person responsible for formulation quality and safety to ensure the safety and effectiveness of preparation in medical institution.
