【摘要】：目的比較薄荷腦、冰片和樟腦3種清涼劑對紅細胞的溶血效應(yīng)及與苯扎氯銨合用后溶血效應(yīng)的變化。方法以溶血百分率(Hemolysis Rate,HR)、半數(shù)溶血濃度(Half Hemolysis Concentration,HC50)為指標,比較薄荷腦、冰片和樟腦的溶血作用;分別考察相同濃度的清涼劑與苯扎氯銨合用后對紅細胞的溶血作用,并采用等輻射線法分析合用后相互作用類型。結(jié)果薄荷腦、冰片和樟腦的HC50分別為2.59 7,3.59 3,11.36 mmol·L-1;清涼劑與苯扎氯銨合用后,溶血曲線左移,HC50均落在兩藥單用HC50的95%置信區(qū)間內(nèi)。結(jié)論薄荷腦對紅細胞的溶血效應(yīng)最大,冰片次之,樟腦最小;清涼劑均可增強苯扎氯銨的溶血作用。
[Abstract]:Aim to compare the hemolytic effects of menthol borneol and camphor on erythrocytes and the changes of hemolytic effects in combination with benzalkonium chloride. Methods the hemolytic effects of menthol, borneol and camphor were compared with the hemolysis percentage (Hemolysis Rate,HR) and half hemolytic concentration (Half Hemolysis Concentration,HC50) of menthol, borneol and camphor. The hemolytic effects of the same concentration of coolant combined with benzalkonium chloride on erythrocytes were investigated, and the interaction types were analyzed by isoradiometric method. Results the HC50 of menthol, borneol and camphor were 2.59, 3.593, 11.36 mmol 路L-1, respectively, and the hemolysis curve shifted to the left when the coolant was combined with benzalkonium chloride, and the HC50 was within 95% confidence interval of HC50 alone. Conclusion menthol has the greatest hemolytic effect on red blood cells, borneol followed by borneol, camphor is the smallest, and coolant can enhance the hemolytic effect of benzalkonium chloride.
